Using the Q&A Forum - for Suppliers Follow
To access the Q&A Forum for a sourcing event, first locate the event's card and then click on the Q&A tab. (Note that if you have not accepted the Bidder Agreement for the event, you will need to do so before you can access this tab.)
Post a Question
To post a question to the Forum, first type a subject or topic in the Question Subject box. Then type your question for the Buyer in the box beneath.
- Formatting options such as as bold font, underlining, and bullets are available.
- Note that the Q&A Forum is a public forum, and all questions and responses posted will be visible to ALL participating suppliers. Your name and company name will not be shown to other suppliers when you post. Please refrain from including any proprietary information, and from identifying yourself or your company, in your questions.
- Ask only one question per post. If you have multiple questions, create additional posts.
- When you are finished, click Ask Question to post your question to the Forum.
QUICK TIP: Once your question has been posted, you will not be able to edit it. Please check your post carefully and ensure that your question is accurate and complete before posting.
Forum Questions Deadline
The Q&A Forum for a sourcing event will only be open for new questions until the deadline set by the customer.
Once the Questions Deadline passes, you will not be able to post new questions. You will still be able to read previously posted questions and the responses posted by the buyer, and the buyer will still be able to add responses.
