Our online support center contains information for Conductiv® subscribers about using the Conductiv Platform. It provides training, detailed guides for each module, and FAQs. This content is available only to logged-in users who are current Conductiv members and registered suppliers, and the content you see will depend on whether you are a Buyer or a Supplier.
Sign-In is Required
To view the information in our Help Desk, you'll need to sign in using the link at the top of the page. If you're already using the Conductiv Platform you should have a Help Center account already set up, but you may need to set your password the first time you sign in.
If your company already uses Conductiv but you are new to the team, or if your organization recently subscribed to Conductiv, you can self-register for a Help Center account using the sign-in link at the top of this page. You'll need to verify your address using the verification email we send you to finish setting up your account.
Once you are signed in, you should be able to see the support content automatically as long as you use an email address with your company's email domain.

If you are a Conductiv subscriber but do not see any Buyer or Supplier support articles on this site after signing in, send us a message. We will get your Help Desk account set up with the appropriate permissions so you'll have the access you need!
